Riemannian metrics on fiber spaces. I (Q1916557)

This paper contains a general method how to construct a Riemannian metric on a locally trivial fiber bundle space with a connection. This metric generalizes the Sasaki metric of the tangent bundle and tangent sphere bundle and the Mok metric of the frame bundle. It is obtained the effective formula for the evaluation of the introduced Riemannian metric tensor in the case of a fiber space with homogeneous fibers.
