It is studied the Landau-Liifshitz-Gilbert equation which describes phenomena related to the evolution of magnetization in deformable ferromagnets. There are proved a priori estimates in 3D for the full discretization which are optimal in space and suboptimal in time due to the coupling with equation of conservation of momentum. There are also established a priori error estimates in 2D under the restriction \(\tau =O(h^2)\), where \(h\) is the mesh size. Space and time a posteriori estimates and adaptive algorithms are also described. The last section is devoted to some numerical experiments.
