    The \(\alpha^*\)-relation defined on additive hyperrings in the sense of Krasner, is the corresponding fundamental relation in order to have a commutative ring by a quotient. The tool of the \(\alpha^*\)-relation is used to study Krasner's hyperrings using hyperideals and proving important isomorphism theorems on the related topic.
