The authors study the dynamic properties of systems from the Newhouse domains near a diffeomorphism having a saddle fixed-point with homoclinic tangency. The main results refer to one-dimensional and two-dimensional cases, where a fixed-point is a saddle focus with one real and two complex-conjugate multipliers, and a four-dimensional saddle-focus with two pairs of complex-conjugate multipliers.
