This paper continues the work of \textit{S. Albeverio, Yu. G. Kondratiev} and \textit{M. Röckner} [J. Funct. Anal. 154, No. 2, 444-500 (1998; Zbl 0914.58028)] on the lifting of the differential geometry of a manifold \(X\) to its configuration space \(\Gamma_X\) (i.e. \(\Gamma_X\) is the set of locally finite subsets \(\gamma\) of \(X\) which are naturally identified to sums of Dirac measures). The tangent space \(T_\gamma \Gamma_X\) to \(\Gamma_X\) at \(\gamma \in \Gamma_X\) is defined as \(L^2(X\rightarrow TX;d\gamma)\) and identified to \(\oplus_{x\in \gamma} T_xX\). Differential forms are defined by mapping \(\gamma \in \Gamma_X\) to an element of the \(n\)th antisymmetric tensor product \(\wedge^n (T_\gamma \Gamma_X) = \wedge^n (\oplus_{x\in \gamma} T_xX)\). Bochner and de Rham Laplacians on differential forms over configuration spaces are then constructed via a natural tensorization procedure from their analogs at the level of the manifold \(X\). An isomorphism of Wiener-Itô-Segal type is constructed between the space of square-integrable differential \(n\)-forms on \(\Gamma_X\) (under the Poisson measure with intensity \(\sigma\) on \(X\)), and \(\text{ Exp~} L^2 (X;\sigma) \otimes \bigoplus_{m=1}^{m=n} L^2_\sigma \Psi^n (X^m)\), where \(\text{ Exp~} L^2 (X;\sigma)\) is the Fock space over \(L^2 (X;\sigma)\) and \(L^2_\sigma \Psi^n(X^m)\) is a space of square-integrable \(n\)-forms over \(X^m\). An integration by parts formula and a Weitzenböck formula for differential forms on configuration spaces are obtained, and the Bochner and de Rham Laplacians on differential forms are interpreted as the generators of Dirichlet forms. A probabilistic interpretation of these Laplacians is given in terms of diffusion processes. A different construction of differential forms using real-valued functions of several variables in \(X\) has been proposed by the reviewer [C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I, Math. 330, No. 10, 899-904 (2000; Zbl 0964.60064)].
