The authors treat here the LS equation \[ i\varphi\psi^\varepsilon_t= -\varepsilon^2 \Delta\psi^\varepsilon/2+ V^\varepsilon\psi^\varepsilon \] with \(\psi^\varepsilon(0, x)= \psi_I(x)= n_I(x)^{1/2}\exp((i/\varepsilon) S_I(x))\), \(x\in\mathbb{R}^d\), and the GMNLS equation \[ i\varepsilon\partial_t \psi^\varepsilon= -\varepsilon^2\partial^2_x \psi^\varepsilon- i\varepsilon\partial_x(\Phi'(|\psi^\varepsilon|^2) \psi^\varepsilon)+ h(|\psi^\varepsilon|^2) \psi^\varepsilon \] with \(\psi^\varepsilon_I(x)= A^\varepsilon_I\exp((i/\varepsilon) S^\varepsilon_I)\). Let \(n^\varepsilon= |\psi^\varepsilon|^2\) and \(J^\varepsilon= n^\varepsilon\nabla S^\varepsilon\). They study the moments of the Wigner function given by the global solution \(\psi^\varepsilon\) of the LS equation and show that \((n,J)= \lim_{\varepsilon\to 0}(n^\varepsilon, J^\varepsilon)\) satisfies the formal limit Madelung's fluid equations. Next, they show that there exist local solutions of the GMNLS equation with the form \(\psi^\varepsilon= A^\varepsilon \exp((i/\varepsilon) S^\varepsilon)\) under the conditions for \((A^\varepsilon_I, S^\varepsilon_I)\), \(A^\varepsilon_I= a_I^\varepsilon+ ib^\varepsilon_I\), and that \(\lim_{\varepsilon\to 0}(A^\varepsilon, S^\varepsilon_x)\) are the solutions of the formal limit modified Euler equation. Finally, as deterministic analogues of turbulence they give the following result: the existence of the turbulent model requires \(\overline J_x> 0\), \(\overline J=\text{weak-lim}_{\varepsilon\to 0} J^\varepsilon\) for the GMNLS equation with \(\Phi\equiv 0\) and \(h(|\psi^\varepsilon|^2)= |\psi^\varepsilon|^2- 1\).
