Within the representation-theoretic approach to cluster algebras, rigid, \(\tau\)-rigid and Schurian modules have shown to be of great importance. In the article under review the authors study in great detail these classes of modules over cluster-tilted algebras associated to tame hereditary algebras. In particular, they obtain an useful characterization of indecomposable rigid modules over such algebras. As an application, the authors present an example of a cluster variable in a cluster algebra associated to a quiver mutation equivalent to an euclidean quiver such that its denominator vector is not the dimension vector of an indecomposable module over the corresponding cluster-tilted algebra. Nevertheless, they show that denominator vectors in cluster algebras associated to quivers mutation equivalent to Euclidean quivers can be expressed as a sum of at most 3 Schurian modules. Some interesting examples in wild type are discussed in order to point out the strong similarities with the tame situation.
