    Summing sequences were introduced by Blum and Eisenberg in their PAMS paper in 1974 under the name ``generalized summing sequences''. Such sequences were studied extensively by Kuipers, Niederreiter, Lau and Losert. In this interesting paper the authors extend a classical result of M. Day, in finding a necessary and sufficient condition for a sequence of measures, defined on a sequence of convex Borel sets in \(\mathbb R^d\), to be a summing sequence.
