A group \(G\) has the property (\(n\)CC) if there are exactly \(n\) conjugacy classes of elements in \(G\). Two elements \(x,y\) of a group are called `commensurable' if there exist non-zero integers \(k,l\) such that \(x^k\) is conjugate to \(y^l\). It is shown: Corollary 1.2. Assume that \(G\) is a countable torsion-free group, \(n\geq 2\) a positive integer and \(x_1,\dots ,x_{n-1}\in G\setminus\{1\}\) are pairwise non-commensurable. Then there exists a group \(M\) and an injective homomorphism \(\varphi\colon G\to M\) such that 1. \(M\) is torsion-free and generated by two elements, 2. \(M\) has (\(n\)CC), 3. \(M\) is 2-boundedly simple, 4. The elements \(\varphi(x_1),\dots,\varphi(x_{n-1})\) are pairwise non-commensurable in \(M\). This result immediately implies Corollary 1.3. For every integer \(n\geq 3\) there exists a torsion-free 2-boundedly simple group satisfying (\(n\)CC) and generated by two elements. The author also gives an embedding theorem for torsion-free countable groups into (\(n\)CC) groups. Finally the author proves a theorem implying: Corollary 1.6. For any countable group \(C\) there is a 2-generated group \(N\) such that \(N\) has (2CC) and Kazhdan's property (T), and \(\text{Out}(N)\cong C\).
