We give a general condition for a singular integral operator which can be extended to a bounded operator from \(H^ p_ E({\mathbb{R}}^ n)\) to \(H^ p_ E({\mathbb{R}}^ n)\) or \(H^ p_ H({\mathbb{H}}^ n)\) to \(H^ p_ H({\mathbb{H}}^ n)\) for some range of p. More precisely, if the kernel K for the operator T satisfies \[ (1)\quad \int_{| x|_ h\geq a| y|_ h}| K(y^{-1}\cdot x)-K(x)| dx\leq C_ 1\cdot a^{- \theta}, \] for all \(a\geq 2\) and for some \(\theta >0\). Also we know that \(\| T(f)\|_{L^ 2({\mathbb{H}}^ n)}\leq C_ 2\cdot \| f\|_{L^ 2({\mathbb{H}}^ n)}.\) Then T extends to a bounded operator on \(H^ p_ H({\mathbb{H}}^ n)\), for \(p_{\theta}<p<\infty\), where \(p_{\theta}\) is an index depending on \(\theta\) such that \(0<p_{\theta}<1\). The operator norm of T only depend on \(C_ 1\) and \(C_ 2\). Similarly, we prove corresponding theorems for \({\mathbb{R}}^ n\) and for non-convolution operators. Using these results, we can show the estimates for singular integral operators with mixed type homogeneities kernel, i.e., \(K\sim \sum_{k,\ell \geq 0}E_ kH_{\ell}\) on Heisenberg group \({\mathbb{H}}^ n\) in different Hardy classes. One of the application for these results is to show the inverse of the Calderón operator \(\square^+\) for the \({\bar \partial}\)-Neumann problem on strongly pseudo-convex domain is bounded on \(H^ p({\mathbb{H}}^ n)\) to itself for \(2n+2/2n+3<p<\infty\).
