    We discuss second-order parabolic equations with Radon-measures as data. Especially, we consider the following problem: \[ \bigl( |x |^\nu u \bigr)_t - \text{div} \bigl( |x |^{\nu^*} |Du |^{p - 2} Du \bigr) = \mu, \quad \text{in } Q = (0,T) \times \Omega, \tag{P} \] \[ u = 0, \quad \text{on } (0,T) \times \partial \Omega, \qquad u(0, x) = 0, \] where \(\mu \in M (Q)\), (the set of Radon-measures) \(\nu \geq 0\), \(\nu^* \geq 0\), and \(\Omega\) is an open bounded subset of \(\mathbb{R}^N\), \(0 \in \Omega\). Because the weight functions \(|x |^{\nu^*}\) and \(|x |^\nu\) are degenerate when \(x = 0\), we might call (P) a doubly degenerate parabolic problem with Radon-measures as data. If \(p > N\), by embedding theorem we know that \(W_0^{1,p} (\Omega) \subset C (\overline \Omega)\), then \(M (\Omega) \subset W^{-1, p'} (\Omega)\) can be obtained. So without loss of generality, we suppose \(1 < p \leq N\). We are interested in the existence of solutions for (P) in the weighted Sobolev space.
