It is well-known that an element \(g\) in the group \(G(k)\) of \(k\)-rational points of a group \(G\) is \textit{strongly \(k\)-real} if there exists an involution \(k \in G(k)\) such that \(h g h^{-1} = g^{-1}.\) Several properties of this type of elements have been already introduced. In this paper, the author studies the reality of elements which are not necessarily strongly regular. In the first place, the author proves that in the compact connected Lie group of Type \(F_4\), every element is strongly real. Secondly, the author considers algebraic groups of type \(F_4\) that occur as groups of automorphisms of Albert division algebras over an arbitrary field \(k\) and shows that there are no non-trivial \(k\)-real elements in anisotropic algebraic groups of type \(F_4\) that are obtained from reduced Albert algebras.
