\(S\)-Willmore surfaces in Lorentzian space forms are Willmore surfaces with a special relation satisfied by the Hopf differential. It is proved that space-like \(S\)-Willmore surfaces are the only space-like Willmore surfaces that have a ``dual Willmore surface'' with which they share the same central sphere and the same complex coordinates. The author obtains a classification of \(S\)-Willmore spheres in Lorentzian conformal space forms. Such a sphere must be congruent to one of the following: (1) a complete space-like stationary (\(\vec{H}=0\)) surface in \(\mathbb R^n_1\); (2) a super-Willmore sphere in \(S^{2m+2}\); (3) a polar transform of a \((j-1)\)-isotropic complete spacelike stationary surface in \(\mathbb R^{2j+2}_1\). It is also proved that all Willmore spheres in \(Q^4_1\) are conformal to a complete space-like stationary surface in \(\mathbb R^4_1\).
