Dynamical systems with discontinuities of multivalued characteristics are investigated with the purpose to achieve a generalization of the minimal (Birkhoff) center of attraction that is more useful to analyze effects of perturbations, noise or discretizations. In particular, it is shown that such center of attraction is equal to the minimal closed set containing the supports of the semi-invariant measures of the system. Its behaviour (approximation) under the spatial discretization of the state space is also considered.
