    The authors study the exact location of the set of eigenvalues of special real matrices arising from a problem of synchronization of chaotic oscillators. Then, they determine the topological closure of the set of all eigenvalues of all \(B\) in \(\mathfrak{B}(k)\) such as \(\displaystyle\overline{\bigcup_{B\in\mathfrak{B}(k)}\sigma(B)}\) for each integer \(k \geq 1\), where \(B=[b_{i,j}]\in \mathbb{R}^{m\times m}\), \(\sigma(B)\) denotes the eigenvalues of \(B\) and \(\mathfrak{B}(k):=\{ B\in \mathbb{R}^{m\times m}:m \geq k+1, \text{ }B\) satisfies the following conditions\}
