It was shown in [the third author, ``On the boundary coupling of topological Landau-Ginzburg models'', J. High Energy Phys. 2005, Article ID 037, 20 p. (2005; \url{doi:10.1088/1126-6708/2005/05/037}); the third author and \textit{M. Herbst}, ``Localization and traces in open-closed topological Landau-Ginzburg models'', ibid. 2005, Article ID 044. 32 p. (2005; \url{doi:10.1088/1126-6708/2005/05/044})] that classical oriented open-closed topological Landau-Ginzburg theories of type B are no other than classical field theories parametrized by pairs \(\left( X,W\right) \)\ and defined on compact oriented surfaces with corners, where \(X\)\ is a non-compact Kählerian manifold of dimension \(\dim _{\mathbb{C}}X\) and \(W:X\rightarrow\mathbb{C}\)\ is a non-constant holomorphic function. It was also shown there that such classical field theories determine a family of topological D-branes arising as objects parameterizing the boundary contribution to the classical action. The Lagrangian construction there demonstrates that the topological D-branes are described by special Dolbeaut factorizations \(\left( S,\mathfrak{D}\right) \) with a smooth complex vector superbundle \(S\) on \(X\) and a special Dolbeault superconnection \(\mathfrak{D}\)\ on \(S\) squaring to \(W\mathrm{id}_{E}\). These entities form a certain \(\mathbb{Z}_{2}\)-graded differential graded category \(\mathbf{DF} _{\mathrm{sm}}\left( X,W\right) \), whose morphisms are bundle-valued differential forms and whose differentials are induced by the superconnections. The principal objective in this paper is to show, by using the Koszul-Malgrange correspondence, that the category \(\mathbf{DF} _{\mathrm{sm}}\left( X,W\right) \) is equivalent to the category \(\mathbf{DF}\left( X,W\right) \) of holomorphic factorizations of \(W\), which enables one to give a simplified and rigorous construction of the differential models proposed in [loc. cit.] and investigate their mathematical properties.
