The paper introduces a subclass of extended affine Lie algebras called the Hamiltonian extended affine Lie algebras. These algebras are defined as subquotients of toroidal extended affine Lie algebras. It is worth mentioning that the derivation algebra of a Hamiltonian extended affine Lie algebra is a Hamiltonian algebra hence the name ``Hamiltonian'' is used. By utilizing the classification of Jet modules, the paper classifies irreducible integrable modules for the Hamiltonian extended affine Lie algebras, provided that the corresponding cores act non-trivially. If the core acts trivially, the classification problem is still open, and it reduces to the classification of irreducible modules for the Hamiltonian Lie algebras.
