This paper is a companion of a previous article of the same author [Math. Modelling 9, 441-446 (1987; Zbl 0625.04007)]. A bag is defined as a multiset, that is, as an ordinary set in which copies of an element are allowed. Then classes of operators, called MAM (monotonic antimonotonic) and MOM (monotonic on monotonic), are defined just to mimic the classical AND and OR operators of a multivalued logic. These generalized operators have properties very close to those of triangular norms. A third operator, called MEAN, is defined to extend the averaging operators used in fuzzy set theory.
