This paper is dealing with the stability of the linear delay partial difference equation \[ a(i,j) u(i+1,j)+ u(i,j+1)+ b(i,j) u(i,j)+ p(i,j) u(i-\sigma, j-\tau)=0. \] Sufficient conditions are found for the zero solution to be stable and unstable respectively.
