Stable monotone variational inequalities (Q803052)

The paper deals with variational inequalities associated with monotone multivalued operators and convex sets in reflexive Banach spaces. Many characterizations of stability, i.e. nonempty solution set in some neighborhood of the origin, are given. Most of the results are stated under the assumption that the operator is maximal monotone. Some applications to linear complementarity problems and to linear programming problems are presented.
