The paper continues the line of research of the authors who obtained certain structural stability results for foliated sets \(K^0\) that are invariant under finite dimensional flows generated systems of ordinary differential equations. Namely, they showed that a vector field generating the flow possess certain exponential trichotomy on \(K^0\) and that any vector field which is sufficiently close in \(C^1\)-sense has an invariant set \(K^n\) homeomorphic to \(K^0\) where the perturbed vector field also has the trichotomy. In the present paper the authors extend their perturbation theory to a class of infinite dimensional evolutionary equations that arise in the study of reaction-diffusion equations and the Navier-Stokes equation, as well as to some non-autonomous evolutionary equations in both finite and infinite dimensions.
