The main results that the authors obtain are the following three theorems. 1. Let \((A,(\cdot,\cdot),R)\) be an affine reflection system of type \(A_1\) and let \(\Pi\subseteq R^\times\) be a reflectable set for \(R\). Then \(\mathcal W\) is isomorphic to the group \(G\) defined by generators \(x_\alpha\), \(\alpha\in\Pi\), and relations \(x_{\alpha_1}\cdots x_{\alpha_k}\), \((\alpha_1,\dots,\alpha_k)\in\text{Alt}(\Pi)\). 2. Let \(\Pi\subseteq R^\times\) be a reflectable set for \(R\). Then \(\widetilde{\mathcal W}\) is isomorphic to a group defined by generators \(y_\alpha\), \(\alpha\in\Pi\), and relations \(y_{\alpha_1}\cdots y_{\alpha_k}\), \((\alpha_1,\dots,\alpha_k)\in\widetilde{\text{Alt}}(\Pi)\). 3. Let \(R\) be an extended affine root system of type \(A_1\) and nullity \(\nu\). Then the Weyl group \(\mathcal W\) of \(R\) is isomorphic to the group \(G\) defined by generators \(x_i\), \(0\leq i\leq\nu\), and relations \(x_k^2\), \((x_0x_ix_j)^2\), \(0\leq k\leq\nu\), \(1\leq i<j\leq\nu\).
