In the paper under review the authors study the unirationality of moduli spaces of some elliptic \(K3\) surfaces of Picard rank at least \(3\). Recall that a \(K3\) surface \(S\) is called elliptic if it admits a fibration \(S \rightarrow \mathbb{P}^1\) in curves of genus one together with a section. Recall also that for an elliptic \(K3\) surface of Picard rank \(3\), its Picard lattice is isomorphic to \(U \oplus \langle -2k \rangle\) for some integer \(k \geq 1\), where \(U\) denotes the hyperbolic plane. Here the authors study the moduli \(\mathcal{M}_{2k}\) of \(U \oplus \langle -2k \rangle\)-polarized \(K3\) surfaces and these moduli spaces are divisors in the moduli space of elliptic \(K3\) surfaces. The most important result of the paper under review can be summarized in the following way. Main Theorem. The moduli space \(\mathcal{M}_{2k}\) is unirational for \(k\leq 50\) and \(k \not\in\{11,35,42,48\}\), and for the following values of \(k\): \[ \{52,53,54,59,60,61,62,64,68,69,73,79,81,94,97\}. \]
