The authors study sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one or exactly one solution for the initial value problem of Hadamard \(p\)-type fractional order functional and neutral functional differential equations. Sufficient conditions that guarantee the Hyers-Ulam stability for the unique solution are also studied.
