    Given a polynomial \(F(s) = \sum_{n\leq N}a(n)n^{-s}\), for \(0 < q <\infty\), define its \(L^q\) norm as \[ ||F||_q = \lim_{T\to \infty}\frac{1}{T}\int_0^T|F(it)|^q\,dt. \] This paper deals with the \(L^q\) norm of the Dirichlet polynomial \[ f(s) = \sum_{n \leq N}\frac{1}{n^{1/2 + s}}. \] The main result states that for \(0 < q \leq 1\), there is a constant \(C_q > 0\), such that \[ ||f||_q \leq (1 + o(1))C_q(\log N)^{\alpha_q}(\log \log N)^{\frac{1}{2}-\alpha_q}, \] where \[ \alpha_q = \frac{1}{4(2-q)}. \] In particular, \[ ||f||_1 \ll (\log N)^{1/4}(\log \log N)^{1/4}. \]
