Let \( V\subset\mathbb{R}^m \) be a convex body, symmetric about all coordinate hyperplanes, let \( \mathcal{P}_{aV},\,a\geq 0, \) be a set of all algebraic polynomials whose Newton polyhedra are subsets of \( aV, \) let \( D_N=\sum_{|\alpha|=N}b_{\alpha}D^{\alpha} \) be a linear differential operator with constant coefficients \( b_{\alpha}\in\mathbb{C},|\alpha|=N, N\in\mathbb{Z}_+. \) The class of all entire functions of exponential type \( V \) is denoted by \( B_V. \) \par Sharp constants in multivariate Markov-Bernstein-Nikolskii type inequalities for algebraic polynomials and entire functions of exponential type are defined as \[\tilde{M}_{p,D_N,a,m,V}=a^{-N-m/p}\sup_{P\in\mathcal{P}_{aV}\backslash\{0\}}\frac{|D_N(P)(0)|}{\Vert P\Vert_{L_p(Q^m)}},\] \[E_{p,D_N,m,V}=\sup_{f\in(B_V\cap L_p(\mathbb{R}^m))\backslash\{0\}}\frac{\Vert D_N(f)\Vert_{L_{\infty}(\mathbb{R}^m)}}{\Vert f\Vert_{L_p(\mathbb{R}^m)}},\] where \( Q^m=\{t\in \mathbb{R}^m\,:|t_j|\leq 1,\, j=1,\ldots,m \}.\) The main result: if \( p\in(0,\infty], \) then \[\lim_{a\to\infty}\tilde{M}_{p,D_N,a,m,V}=E_{p,D_N,m,V}\] and the supremum in the right-hand side is attained for a non-trivial \( f_0. \)
