In this paper, the author complete the rigorous work of Aizenman-Wehr in the general Imry-Ma paradigm concerning the rounding of the two-dimensional first order transition of the Ising model under the action of an arbitrary weak quenched disorder. They solve one of the main remaining challenge to decide whether, in addition to the absence of phase transition, the decay of correlations is still exponential even for in this open case of arbitrarily weak disorder. They prove that it is indeed the case at any temperature and provide a complete rigorous answer when the quenched random field consists in i.i.d Gaussian variables. They first implement a proof at zero temperature and develop afterwards a more elaborate framework for positive temperatures. They prove that exponential decay is conserved under disorder ``using the fluctuations of the sum of the random field in a box to fight the influence of the boundary condition'', following ideas introduced by various works of Aizenman et al. and using techniques like disagreement percolation, first moment estimates and monotone coupling between Ising measures with different boundary conditions.
