A function \(u:\mathbb{C}^n\to\mathbb{R}\) is called a \(C\)-potential, if it is rotationally symmetric, \((u_{i\overline j})\) is a Kähler metric with positive holomorphic bisectional curvature and if \(u\) is the soliton Kähler-Ricci flow equation \[ \frac{dg_{i\overline j}}{dt}=-R_{i \overline j}, \] where, \(g_{i \overline j}=u_{i\overline j}=\frac {\partial^2u}{\partial z_i\partial\overline {z_j}}\). The typical result of the paper is the following theorem: Let \(u_0\) be a \(C\)-potential, \(n\geq 2\), and let \(\widetilde u\) be a smooth perturbation of \(u_0\) such that \((\widetilde u_{i\overline j})\) defines a complete Kähler metric in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) equivalent to \((u_{i\overline j})\) and such that \(u_0= \widetilde u-u\) is compactly supported: Then the equation \[ \frac {dv}{dt}= \log\frac{\det(u_{i\overline j}+v_{i\overline j})}{\det(u_{i \overline j})}+\frac 12(z^iv_2+z^{\overline j}v_{\overline j}) \] has a long time smooth solution with initial condition \(u_0\) converging to zero as time tends to infinity.
