The following question is considered: Let \((a_i)_{i\geq 1}\) be a sequence with terms \(a_i\in (-1,1)\) such that for every \(n\in \mathbb N\) the series \(\sum_{i=1}^{\infty} a_i^{2n-1}\) is conditionally convergent. Is it necessary that \(\lim_{n\to \infty} \sum_{i=1}^{\infty} a_i^{2n-1}=0\) ? In this paper it is shown that the answer is negative.
