A function \(f\) defined on a domain in \(\mathbb{R}^m\) and whose partial derivatives of order at most \(2n\) is said to be polyharmonic of order \(n\) if \(\Delta^nf=0\). The author considers the representation \(f= \Phi_0+ (1-r^2) \Phi_1+\dots+ (1-r^2)^{n-1} \Phi_{n-1}\) of a polyharmonic function \(f\) on the unit ball where the \(\Phi_j\) are harmonic on \(D^m\). He studies the relation between uniform boundary properties of \(f\) (that is, its smoothness and growth while approaching the boundary) and the same properties of the terms in this representation. The results obtained generalize similar results of \textit{E. P. Dolzhenko} [Mat. Zametki 63, 821-834 (1998; Zbl 0918.30028)] in the theory of polyanalytic functions.
