    The author proves the theorem: Let X be a complex manifold and M a coherent left \({\mathcal D}_ X\)-module. Then the complex R Hom\({}_{{\mathcal D}_ X}(M,{\mathcal O}_ X)\) is a perverse sheave. [For the notion ``perverse sheave'' see \textit{A. A. Beilinson}, \textit{J. N. Bernstein} and \textit{P. Deligne}, Asterisque 100, 172 p. (1982; Zbl 0536.14011)].
