In this technical paper, the authors prove several pointwise estimates on solutions or on their gradients of various non-linear scalar partial differential equations on compact Riemannian manifolds with \(m\)-Bakry-Émery Ricci curvature bounded from below. Recall that an \(n\)-dimensional \textit{weighted Riemannian manifold} \((M,g,\mathrm{d}\mu)\) is a Riemannian manifold \((M,g)\) together with a weight \(\mathrm{d}\mu:=\mathrm{e}^{-f}\mathrm{d}V_g\) where \(f\) is a smooth function on \(M\). Over \((M,g,\mathrm{d}\mu)\) one can pick any \(n\leq m\leq +\infty\) and can introduce the \textit{\(m\)-Bakry-Émery Ricci tensor} as \[ \mathrm{Ric}^m_f:=\mathrm{Ric}_g+\nabla\nabla f- \frac{\nabla f\otimes\nabla f}{m-n} \] which generalizes the original Ricci curvature; one says that this tensor is bounded from below if there exists a constant \(K\geq 0\) such that \(\mathrm{Ric}^m_f\geq -K\) as a symmetric tensor field. The paper consists of several pointwise estimates on solutions or on their gradients of various non-linear scalar partial differential equations over compact weighted Riemannian manifolds with \(m\)-Bakry-Émery Ricci tensor bounded from below. These equations are either the non-linear Laplace equation \[ \Delta_{p,f}u+\alpha u^{p-1}\log u^p=0 \] where \(\Delta_{p,f}u:=\mathrm{e}^f\operatorname{div}\big(\mathrm{e}^{-f} \vert\nabla u\vert_g^{p-2}\nabla u\big)\) (see Theorems 1.1, 1.4, Corollary 1.2 and Proposition 1.3 in the paper) or the non-linear parabolic (or heat) equation \[ \partial_tv=\Delta_{p,f}v-\vert\nabla v\vert^p_g+bv \] (see Theorems 1.5, 1.8, 1.10 and Corollaries 1.7, 1.9 in the paper). The proofs are based on direct computations.
