The goal of the paper is to construct a holographic dark energy in a model Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati setup with induced gravity and Gauss-Bonnet effect. A scalar field non-minimally coupled to induced gravity on the brain as a dark energy is considered. The dynamics of the equation of state parameter of the holographic dark energy component is obtained. It is shown that the model accounts for phantom divide line crossing in a wide range of the parameter space. The issue of ghost instabilities in the self-accelerated solutions and possible impacts of the Gauss-Bonnet term and non-minimal coupling on this issue are addressed in the paper.
