The aim of the paper is to give an example of a Morita context \([A,B,{_BM_A},{_AN_B}]\) such that \(A\), \(B\) are not equivalent, but \(\text{End}(M_A)\) and \(\text{End}(N_B)\) are equivalent. However, the ``given'' example is only a quasi-example because the authors impose several conditions on \(A\) and \(B\) without providing concrete rings which satisfy them.
