Let \((X,R)\) be an association scheme. For each relation \(r\in R\) we have the digraph \((X,r)\) whose out-degree function is a constant, called the valency of \(r\). A scheme is thin (quasi-thin), if each relation has a valency at most one (respectively, two). Let \(G\) be a finite group which contains an involution \(t\) and acts on the right cosets \(G/\langle t\rangle\) by right multiplication. Then the orbitals of \(G\) form a quasi-thin scheme. Let \((X,R)\) be a quasi-thin scheme. Set \(G=\langle \phi_x \mid x\in X \rangle\) where \(\phi_x\in \text{Sym}(x)\) such that \(\phi_x(y)=y'\), \(xr(x,y)= \{y,y'\}\). If \(G\) is metacyclic and \(4\) does not devide \(|G|\), then Aut\((X,R)\) is transitive on \(X\) (Theorem 5.1). If \(2\) does not devide \(|G|\) and \(n_{O^\theta(R)}\) is square-free, then Aut\((X,R)\) has a regular group on \(X\) (Corollary 5.2).
