The authors elegantly discuss the existence of first order PDE's solutions, viz. holomorphic generalized solutions \(u\) of the PDE \(\sum^m_{j=1} a_j \partial u/ \partial z_j=f\), where \(f\) is a given holomorphic generalized function and \((a_1,\dots,a_m) \in\mathbb{C}^m \setminus \{0\}\). This is done in context of Colombeau algebras [\textit{J. F. Colombeau}, New generalized functions and multiplication of distributions, Amsterdam, North-Holland (1984; Zbl 0532.46019)].
