Generalized inverses of an invertible infinite matrix over a finite field (Q855537)

It has been shown that an infinite matrix over \({\mathbb R}\) or \({\mathbb C}\) could have classical inverses and also have generalized inverses. In this paper similar results are presented for infinite matrices over the finite field \({\mathbb F}_2\). Again, the cases of Moore-Penrose and group inverses are studied. It is shown that the behaviour in both cases (finite or infinite field) may be very different.
