Runge-Kutta time discretization of reaction-diffusion and Navier-Stokes equations: Nonsmooth-data error estimates and applications to long-time behaviour (Q5961747)

This work derives error bounds for Runge-Kutta discretizations of semilinear parabolic equations with non-smooth initial data, including reaction-diffusion equations and the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. The results are of the type needed in the studies of long-time behavior and the application corresponds to asymptotically stable periodic orbits.
