Let \(K(x,y)\) be a kernel on \(\mathbb{R}^n \times (\mathbb{R}^n \setminus \{0\})\) satisfying the \(L^q\)-Hörmander condition with respect to both variables. It is shown that the singular integral operator \[ Tf(x)=p.v. \int_{\mathbb{R}^n} K(x, x-y) f(y) dy \] is bounded on \(L^p_w\), where \(w\) is the \(A_p\)-weight. Under additional regularity assumptions for \(K(x,y)\), the \(H^p_w - L^p_w\) boundedness of \(T\) is established.
