The authors obtain some operator inequalities on chaotic order involving several operators. Some of these are generalizations of an inequality due to \textit{T. Furuta} [J. Math. Inequal. 6, No. 1, 15--31 (2012; Zbl 1256.47017)] and show the monotonicity of a related Furuta type operator function.
