Fuzzy Boolean algebras (Q800949)

Let B be a complete Boolean algebra and J a non-empty ordered set. Let f be an element of \(B^ J\) for which there is a non-empty subset K of J and a partition \((m_ a)_{a\in J}\) of the unit of B, such that \(f(a)=\bigvee_{b\in K,b\geq a}m_ b\) for every \(a\in J\). The subset \(\tilde B\) of \(B^ J\) of all elements which verify this property is a fuzzy Boolean algebra. In this paper the authors give a representation theorem for fuzzy Boolean algebras.
