Let \(A=\| a_{nk}\|\) be a given positive regular matrix with the condition \(\lim_{n\to \infty}\sum^{\infty}_{k=0}a_{nk}=a>0\). The complex number \(z_ 0\) is said to be (A)-point of the bounded sequence \(\{S_ n\}\) if for any \(\epsilon (>0)\) there exists an increasing sequence \(\{\nu_ i\}\) of natural numbers, such that \(\leftthreetimes S_{\nu_ i}-z_ 0| <\epsilon\), \(i=1,2,...\), having that \(\overline{\lim}_{n\to \infty}\sum^{\infty}_{i=1}a_{n\nu_ i}>a/2.\) The author proves that if a bounded sequence \(\{S_ n\}\) is summable by the matrix A and all limit-points of the subsequences of \(\{S_ n\}\) are (A)-points then \(\{S_ n\}\) converges.
