The relation between Cartan connections of two Finsler spaces F and \(F^*\) with the fundamental functions L(x,y) and \(L^*(x,y)=L(x,y)+b_ i(x,y)y^ i\) respectively is obtained, where \(b_ i(x,y)\) is an h- vector in F. In the particular case of a Minkowski metric the torsion tensors \(R_{hjk}\) and \(P_{hjk}\) are obtained and some particular cases are studied.
