    Consider the linear time-delay system \[ \dot x(t)=\widetilde A_0 x(t)+\widetilde A_1 x(t- h)+ \int^0_{-h} \widetilde A_{01}(\beta) x(t+ \beta) d\beta. \] The investigation is developed using the Lyapunov-Krasovsky functional as follows \[ \begin{multlined} V(x_t)= x^T Px(t)+ \int^0_{-h} x^T(t+ \beta) Qx(t+ \beta) d\beta+ x^T(t) \int^0_{-h} Rx(t+ \beta) d\beta+\\ \int^0_{-h} x^T(t+ \alpha) R^T d\alpha x(t)+ \int^0_{-h} \int^0_{-h} x^T(t+ \alpha) S(\alpha,\beta) x(t+\beta) d\alpha d\beta.\end{multlined} \] Conditions for asymptotic (or exponential) stability are formulated in the traditional form of a conditional positive-definite functional and negative-definiteness of its derivative by taking account of the systems dynamics. It is to be noted that the constructiveness stability conditions which have been proposed here is highly problematic.
