The first two chapters survey some results on Lusin properties of functions defined on subsets of \(k\)-dimensional spaces (some of them obtained by the same authors). The third includes a new form of the Lusin property for functions in \(W^k_{\text{loc}}(D)\) suggested by the \(K\)-method in interpolation theory as well as its application to interpolation of Sobolev spaces. As an example let us quote Theorem 9: The Sobolev space \(W^k_p(D)\), \(1< p<\infty\), is an interpolation space between the Sobolev spaces \(W^k_1(D)\) and \(W^k_\infty(D)\).
