Surface design by natural splines over refined grid points. (Q1427224)

The subject of the paper are the natural spline surfaces over a given refined grid. An algorithm to build such surfaces starting from the control points and interpolation points is also described. Two step methods are used for the interpolation points. Two patches of natural spline surfaces constructed in the manner described in the paper can be coupled smoothly. Moreover, a position change of one control point will affect the surface in a small region.
