Let \(G=<g>\) be a cyclic group of order 2 and let S be the valuation ring of the field \(L={\mathbb{Q}}_ 2(\omega)\), with \({\mathbb{Q}}_ 2\) being the 2- adic completion of \({\mathbb{Q}}\) and \(\omega\) a primitive \(2^ n\)-th root of 1. The map \(\omega \mapsto \omega^{-1}\) induces an automorphism \(\alpha\) \(\mapsto {\bar \alpha}\) of L and the formula \(\alpha^ g={\bar \alpha}\) provides an action of G on S. Let \(\Lambda =S\circ G\) be the corresponding skew group ring of G over S (the author refers to \(\Lambda\) as a twisted group ring). Thus \(\Lambda\) is a free left S-module with basis \(\{\) l,g\(\}\) and with multiplication determined by \(g\lambda =\lambda^ gg\) for all \(\lambda\in S\). The main result of this paper asserts that there are, up to isomorphism, exactly 3 indecomposable \(\Lambda\)-lattices, namely S, P and \(\Lambda\), where P is the maximal ideal of S.
