Given an irreducible Hermitian symmetric pair (G,K), of the non-compact type, one has associated a family of holomorphically induced representations, the so-called continuations of holomorphic discrete series. These representations are highest weight modules. In this note, in the integral case, the authors prove that the irreducible composition factors of these highest weight modules occur with multiplicity one.
