The Ricci flow proposed by Hamilton has been one of the most powerful tools in geometric analysis with the solution to the Poincaré conjecture. Similarly, the Kähler Ricci flow has also become a fundamental tool in the study of Kähler geometry for many years. In studying the singularity formation of the Kähler Ricci flow there are some difficulties because we do not know how to control the lower bound of the Ricci curvature along the flow. In this paper the author investigates the differential geometric and algebro-geometric properties of the noncollapsing limit in the conical continuity equation which generalize the theory in [\textit{G.
