The reality structure of noncommutative spaces and the first-order condition ((2.8), (2.11)) offer a natural framework for identification of Dirac-type operators as noncommutative counterpart of first order differential operators. But even fundamental examples of real spectral triples with the first-order condition do not allow for mild modifications of the Dirac operator such as conformal rescaling. There are proposed two solutions, namely spectral triples with twist reality [the authors, Math. Phys. Anal. Geom. 19, No. 3, Paper No. 16, 11 p. (2016; Zbl 1413.58002)], Definition 2.3) and real twisted spectral triples [\textit{G. Landi} and \textit{P. Martinetti}, Lett. Math. Phys. 106, No. 11, 1499--1530 (2016; Zbl 1372.58006)], Definition 2.4). \par In this paper, mostly focusing to spectral triple with twist reality, close [the authors, loc. cit.], relationship between these two twisted spectral triples is revealed (\S4. Theorem 4.1). For this purpose, after explaining twisted commutator (Definition 2.1) and modified Jacobi identity of twisted commutator (Lemma 2.2), which are used to the definition of the first-order condition, definitions of these two twisted spectral triples are recalled and clarified. Then in \S3, twisted spectral triples for a commutant and the restriction imposed on the twist through the tensor product construction in \S3 are discussed. Finite dimensional examples related to these discussions are also given. After these preparations, Theorem 4.1 is proved in \S4. \par Theorem 4.1 proves as long as the twisted automorphism can be implemented externally by the inverse of the square of an invertible, bounded (unitary), real structure-preserving operator with a bounded inverse, the triple can be untwisted. The authors say in the case of a minimal twist of standard Dirac operator on a spin manifold, this requires a square root of the twisting automorphism, which according to \textit{A. Devastato} et al. [J. High Energy Phys. 2018, No. 3, Paper No. 89, 21 p. (2018; Zbl 1388.83534)] can be linked to the Wick rotation in the noncommutative approach to the standard model. \par Finally, in \S5, the untwisting procedure is illustrated on an example of a minimal twist of [\textit{G. Landi} and \textit{P. Martinetti}, Lett. Math. Phys. 106, No. 11, 1499--1530 (2016; Zbl 1372.58006)]. Three different kinds of twisted reality conditions obtained in the conformal twisting of a real spectral triple $(A,H,\pi, D,J)$ are listed as the conclusion.
